Sitting on this beautiful greenery after a long day of some intense workout session HAHA yeah i know so intense like why not. Looking good takes a lot of effort oh wait scratch that, the point is i love the GYM..... it makes me feel so refreshed and brand new, i mean do you feel that way when you go to the Gym? Or a jellof rice and thread mill the next day, this is what i think overall body workout the BEST. Squats here and there, Sit ups and a good upper body workout does your body good atleast
